Dorothy & Toto | ​Off to see the Wizard!

I have fond memories of watching "The Wizard of Oz" with my parents when I was little. SO -  Here are Dorothy and Toto! Adorable Toto is hand made by my friend, JiL Weisz. I sculpted Dorothy out of a custom mix of FIMO Professional polymer clay. She stands 5 1/8" tall. Features are painted using Genesis Heat set paints, eyes are handmade. The tiny ruby slippers are also hand sculpted from polymer clay and have ruby cabochons in the middle of each bow. Hair is viscose, her dress is from a lovely cotton check, buttons are handmade from polymer clay.  Her blouse has pearl micro-beads. Dorothy's basket is also hand made by me.
